28 Years in Reflection
It’s come late into my years of living, in my opinion to say the least, that becoming more mindful and reflective has sought its importance in my daily routines. Time and time again in this last year it was made evident to me that my communication and my need to reflect made my days feel worth their weight in gold. In my new year going into 29, I decided that I’d take more time out in being kinder to myself and to focus on my communication with others by seeking out the depth in my days. I’m taking the time out to journal, date myself and to push through communicating even when it becomes hard to do so.
Onto my 29th year of life and to the wonderful things and people it will bring!
