I’m well aware of the mass shootings at Parkland and the losses we have suffered at the hands of those recklessly using guns. This tee I bought in a vintage store with Florida in mind — not the mass shootings, but the actual state of Florida that birthed and raised me. In my years, because our gun laws are indeed almost nonexistent, I’ve shot more guns than I can count and have learned how to appreciate and respect them for what they are and they are most definitely not toys.

With that being said, I had to buy. I will always be a Florida girl, through and through. Because it’s vintage it’s worn in perfectly and super soft. I paired it with my Eric Emanuel glitter basketball shorts and 1970s chucks for a more nostalgic feel.
